MITgcm code (available trhough http://mitgcm.org), with Darwin ecosystem code (available at https://github.com/darwinproject/darwin3). Exact version, modifications (see dar6/code_31+16+3) and input datafiles (see dar6/run33_5) are in the tarball available here. Model parameters are listed in darwin_params.txt and darwin_traits.txt.
