Mus musculus strain:C57BL/6J Raw sequence reads

This project aims to investigate gene expression patterns in the colon of mice using spatial transcriptomics, specifically focusing on DSS-induced colitis models. The study compares inflamed and non-inflamed colon tissues to understand the spatial distribution of gene activity in colitis. Raw sequencing data from 10x Visium technology will be made publicly available to support research into inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) mechanisms.
