Certifying the Denominator: Reproducibility Data and Code

Data, code, source-identity records, evidence maps, machine-readable examples, and control artifacts supporting the M5 Border/El Deim source-reconciliation demonstration in “Certifying the Denominator Before Applying the Rule: An Auditable Conformity Framework for Transboundary Water Accounting.” The deposit includes author-created derived tables, calculation scripts, source-identity and evidence registers, reproducibility controls, and machine-readable certificate and correction examples. The deposit excludes copyrighted ENTRO source PDFs, restricted GRDC raw files, sealed St. Mary-Milk source rows, and other access-restricted primary documents. It is development and reproducibility evidence, not an operative El Deim certificate, water allocation, delivery duty, reservoir operating rule, or completed external-validation result.
