Texas Highway Freight Network

The Texas Highway Freight Network is designated by TxDOT, and it is not constrained by mileage limits or inclusion criteria set forth at the federal level. The foundation of the Texas Highway Freight Network is the Texas portion of the National Highway Freight Network. Additional highways critical to freight movement are also included and were identified through a systematic, data driven, and stakeholder-informed process during development of the Texas Freight Mobility Plan.
