Blood samples were obtained from a randomized, open-labels, parallel group reduced exposure studies conducted in Japan (ZRHR-REXA-07-JP, NCT01970995) including THS 2.2 in its mentholated version (ad libitum use), cigarette (ad libitum use), and SA arms and had two distinct periods: a 5-day confinement investigational exposure period to the investigational product in confinement followed by an 85-day ambulatory investigational exposure period.
The transcriptome (mRNAs) was characterized using Affymetrix GeneChip® Human Genome U133 2.0 Arrays. The full dataset is available from ArrayExpress under the identifier: E-MTAB-6559.
This dataset is the normalized intensity values for each gene and each sample.
