This paper offers a new ranking system for a dynamic domain by examining the traditional voting methods including new Internet-based rating systems and arguing their fairness and reliability. The suggested voting approach provides independent comparisons for each item by using ELO Rating System and Random Weighted Algorithm in the background. The case study shows that the created method provides fair and reliable voting results independently of the time each candidate exists in the domain.
本文针对动态领域构建了一套全新的排序系统,通过梳理包括新型互联网评分体系在内的传统投票方法,并论证其公平性与可靠性。所提出的投票方案依托ELO评分系统(ELO Rating System)与随机加权算法,可为每一项参评对象提供独立对比分析。案例研究表明,所提出的方法能够生成公平可靠的投票结果,且不受参评对象在该领域内的存续时长影响。
