PIP new-claim award rates by condition and by constituency, June 2026 DWP release

Two datasets built from the DWP quarterly PIP statistics (16 June 2026 release) via the Stat-Xplore Open Data API. File 1: new-claim award rates for all 165 DWP condition classifications (all-time and 12-month windows, with withdrawal-adjusted comparators and caseload). File 2: new-claim award rates for the 575 Westminster constituencies in England and Wales with at least 500 decisions in the 3-year window May 2023 to April 2026. Award rate is defined as awarded / (awarded + disallowed), new claims only, withdrawn excluded. Full column definitions in the README.
