This dataset is a collection of Level 2 offline methane products from the Sentinel-5P satellite, spanning January 2020. The data is sourced from the TROPOMI sensor on board the Sentinel-5P satellite, which was launched by the European Space Agency (ESA) to monitor greenhouse gases and trace gases, and enables global daily revisit coverage. To facilitate access for domestic users, this dataset is curated and maintained by the team of the National Earth Observation Science Data Center, where individual products are compiled into monthly compressed datasets for data distribution and services.
