The Proteome Browser (TPB) - Protein Evidence dataset human chromosome 22 - NextProt, GPM, HPA, BarCode

This dataset contains all currently published protein existence (evidence) for human
chromosome 22 sourced through NextProt, GPM, HPA, BarCode of the Proteome
Browser (TPB). The dataset is displayed as a colour-coded "traffic light" report, which
signifies the quality of the underlying data for each gene and data type, where the X axis
relates to chromosome ordered genes (i.e. proteins), and the Y axis to a hierarchy of Protein
Existence data types.

TPB, the tool used to compile this dataset is an open-source interactive web browser, used
as a portal for integrating and analysing data; drawing the data from numerous sources with
the aim of mapping to and characterising the human genome.

本数据集收录了当前已公开的全部人类22号染色体蛋白质存在证据数据，相关数据通过NextProt、GPM、HPA以及蛋白质组浏览器条形码（BarCode of the Proteome Browser，TPB）获取。本数据集以色彩编码的“红绿灯”报告形式呈现，用以表征各基因及对应数据类型的底层数据质量：横轴代表按染色体顺序排列的基因（即对应蛋白质），纵轴则对应蛋白质存在证据数据类型的层级体系。

本次数据集的编译工具TPB是一款开源交互式网页浏览器，作为整合与分析数据的门户，从多类数据源中提取信息，旨在完成人类基因组的定位与特征解析。
