CCUS是能够实现高碳能源低碳利用的技术,也是能够实现负排放的技术。在全球共同应对气候变化的时代背景下,CCUS技术已经被视为针对燃电、化石能源与工业、水泥、化工等CO2集中排放源实现深度碳减排和碳中和的托底技术。CCUS商业化发展将涉及大规模的基础设施部署,因此在大规模部署CCUS项目之前需要管道建设开展认真全面的规划,确保以成本效益最优的方式选择捕集地点(源)、封存地点(汇)、骨干管网和CO2输配支管道,大幅度降低全流程CCUS成本、优化我国源汇不匹配现状、稳步地推进CCUS的商业化进程。鉴于此,本研究在盆地级CCUS 场地筛选、源汇匹配模型平台基础上,结合管流模型、管道自动寻优方法、成本曲面、管道技术经济、管道涉及的政策法规等方法,开发适合中国国情的管网动态规划模型。管网规划模型包括了源汇匹配与集群分析。应用该模型对全国煤电和钢铁CCUS进行了源汇匹配与技术经济评估,并对宁东工业园区CCUS集群的潜力进行分析。管网规划模型可为今后我国CCUS的大规模部署提供参考。

CCUS is a technology that enables low-carbon utilization of high-carbon energy and achieves negative CO2 emissions. Against the backdrop of global joint efforts to address climate change, CCUS technology has been recognized as a last-resort solution for deep carbon emission reduction and carbon neutrality targeting centralized CO2 emission sources such as coal-fired power plants, fossil energy utilization, industrial sectors, cement and chemical industries. The commercialization of CCUS entails large-scale infrastructure deployment. Therefore, prior to launching large-scale CCUS projects, rigorous and comprehensive planning for pipeline construction is necessary to ensure cost-optimal selection of capture sites (sources), storage sites (sinks), backbone pipelines and CO2 distribution branch pipelines, thereby substantially reducing the full-cycle CCUS costs, alleviating the current source-sink mismatch in China, and steadily promoting the commercialization of CCUS. In light of this, this study developed a dynamic pipeline network planning model tailored to China's national conditions. The model is built on the basin-level CCUS site screening and source-sink matching model platform, and integrates flow models, automatic pipeline optimization methods, cost surfaces, pipeline techno-economic analysis, and relevant policies and regulations. The pipeline network planning model covers source-sink matching and cluster analysis. This model was applied to conduct source-sink matching and techno-economic assessment of national CCUS projects for coal-fired power and iron and steel sectors, as well as analyze the potential of CCUS clusters in the Ningdong Industrial Park. The proposed pipeline network planning model can serve as a valuable reference for the large-scale deployment of CCUS in China in the future.
