HEST-1k is a curated paired ST and H&E stained whole-slide imaging (WSI) dataset assembled from public and internal cohorts. It contains 1,229 samples originating from 153 cohorts, spanning 26 organ types, two species (Homo sapiens and Mus musculus), as well as 367 cancer samples across 25 distinct subtypes.
