Raw sequence reads of control i.e. non-treated and biocontrol (Chaetomium globosum) treated tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.)

Transcriptome of non-treated and biocontrol (Chaetomium globosum) treated tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.). The project is focused to determine the Chaetomium globosum induced systemic resistance in tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) plants against phytopathogens. The experiment setup consists of four treatments: T0 as control plants without Cg2 treatment (0 hpi), T1 as Cg2 treated plants 12 hours post inoculation (hpi), T2 as Cg2 treated plants 24 hpi, T3 as Cg2 treated plants 96 hours post inoculation (hpi) and two replication for each treatment. The differential expression of genes and pathway analysis of ISR (induced systemic resistance) induced by bio-control treatment are presented.
