NCL-SM

NCL-SM数据集由纽卡斯尔大学的Wellcome Centre for Mitochondrial Research创建，包含46个来自健康控制和遗传诊断肌肉病理患者的骨骼肌组织横截面图像，总计超过50,000个手工分割的肌肉纤维。该数据集通过Imaging Mass Cytometry (IMC) 和 ImmunoFluorescence (IF) 技术创建，旨在为机器学习模型训练提供高质量的生物图像数据，以实现自动和精确的肌肉纤维分割，特别适用于解决肌肉疾病的研究问题。

The NCL-SM dataset was created by the Wellcome Centre for Mitochondrial Research at Newcastle University. It contains 46 cross-sectional skeletal muscle tissue images from healthy controls and patients with muscle pathology who underwent genetic diagnosis, with a total of over 50,000 manually segmented muscle fibers. Generated using Imaging Mass Cytometry (IMC) and ImmunoFluorescence (IF) techniques, this dataset aims to provide high-quality biological image data for machine learning model training to enable automatic and accurate muscle fiber segmentation, and is particularly suitable for addressing research questions related to muscular diseases.
