Restricted and Unavailable Crown Land for Mining and/or Exploration

Land where special permission must be obtained for Mining and/or Exploration.\n\nThis layer was developed for land classification for the \nMineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990\n\nThis layer is derived mostly from selections from Public Land Management PLM25. Other sources of data include PLM100_V_MMT_WILDLIFE_MGMT for wildlife reserves, PLM100_V_MMT_HERITAGE_RIVER for heritage rivers, PLM100_V_MMT_NATRL_CATCHMENT for natural catchemnt area and PLM100_V_MMT_REFERENCE_AREAS for reference areas. \n\nThe dataset PLM25_MRSDA is an amalgamation of features defined by:\nMineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990 - SCHEDULE 3 \nMineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990 - SECT 6\nMineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990 - SECT 7\n\nThe GeoVic3 layers:\nRestricted Crown Land (MRSDA)\nUnavailable Crown Land (MRSDA) and\nUnavailable S7 Exempt Areas (MRSDA) \n\nare subsets from the layer PLM25_MRSDA.\n\nSchedule 3 of the MRDA includes \n\nRestricted Crown Land\n\n1. land reserved for the following purposes\na) regional parks\nb) coastal parks including Gippsland Lakes Reserves\nc) marine parks\ne) wildlife reserves including Wildlife Management Co-operative Areas\nf) natural features and scenic reserves including caves and geological reserves\ng) bushland reserves\nh) historic areas and reserves\ni) public land water frontage reserves\nj) streamside reserves including River Murray Reserve\nk) coastal reserves\nl) national heritage parks\nm) nature conservation reserves\nn) historic and cultural feature reserves\n2. Any land that is an alpine resort within the meaning of the Alpine Resorts Act 1983\n3. Any land which is a heritage river area under section 5 of the Heritage Rivers Act 1992 other than land to which paragraph a or b of section 6 of this Act applies.\n4. Any land that is a natural catchment area under section 6 of the Heritage Rivers Act 1992 other than land to which paragraph a or b of section 6 of this Act applies.\n\nUnavailable Crown Land\n\n- land that is a reference area \n\n- land that is a national park, wilderness park or State park \n\n- land that is a marine national park or a marine sanctuary \n\nExempt Area\n\n- land exempt from exploration or mining license by the Minister.

c) 海洋公园
e) 野生动物保护区（包括野生动物管理合作区）
f) 自然景观保护区（包括洞穴与地质保护区）
g) 丛林保护区
h) 历史区域与保护区
i) 公共土地滨水保护区
j) 滨溪保护区（包括墨累河保护区）
k) 海岸保护区
l) 国家遗产公园
m) 自然保护保留区
n) 历史与文化特色保护区
2. 符合《1983年高山度假村法案》（Alpine Resorts Act 1983）定义的高山度假村用地
3. 符合《1992年遗产河流法案》（Heritage Rivers Act 1992）第5条规定的遗产河流区域土地，但不包含本法案第6条a或b款所涵盖的土地
4. 符合《1992年遗产河流法案》（Heritage Rivers Act 1992）第6条规定的自然集水区土地，但不包含本法案第6条a或b款所涵盖的土地

不可用官地包括：
- 参考区域用地
- 国家公园、荒野公园或州立公园用地
- 海洋国家公园或海洋保护区用地

豁免区域指经部长豁免勘探或采矿许可的土地。
