Here I include all additional resources, as outlined in my paper "Modelling the spectra of the kilonova AT2017gfo - I: The photospheric epochs". See the README for an explanation on file formats. All files included here are simple .dat or .ascii files, and can be opened with any text editor of choice. The dataset folder contains all TARDIS model spectra that have been presented in the paper, as well as an extended composition table, that contains the full compositions for all twelve composition profiles, as well as the 'Average' composition, as presented in the paper (see Table 2 in the paper). The full composition table is titled 'composition_profiles_complete.ascii'. This contains the full composition profiles that we used for all our analysis. The format of the table is identical to that of Table 2 in the paper, and so that should be consulted if any confusion arises. The data columns are comma-separated. The model spectra are divided into folders corresponding to their epoch, and the filenames contain the composition profile used in its generation. This should all be enough information to differentiate all the models presented in the paper. For example, the model '1.4_days/1.4d_Ye-0.29a_Z=1-92.dat' is the model we present in Figure 11; i.e. it is the Ye-0.29a model for the +1.4d spectrum of AT2017gfo, and it includes all transitions from the heavy elements (so all lines from species with 1 <= Z <= 92 have been included). The data columns are tab-separated. If there is any additional information that has not been provided here, or if errors are discovered in these files, then please email jgillanders01@qub.ac.uk.
