Mn content has a biphasic effect in the nervous system, but whether the same effect exists in liver cancer cells is unclear. We induced the biphasic effects of Huh7 cytotoxicity and doxorubicin resistance by regulating manganese concentration in Huh7 hepatoma cell culture medium and performed eukaryotic transcriptome sequencing of samples under this treatment.
