B16-F10 MICA*001 were engrafted s.c. in MICAgen mice. Five days later, mice bearing tumors were randomized into two groups (n=10/group) and treated weekly for three weeks with 10 mg/kg of either MICAB1-mIgG2a or isotype control mAb.
