Takeover of the parking areas of the City of Le Havre. Seizure by the Parking Department with the City's GIS tools based on the geographical reference (vector and orthophotoplan) and field observations. For each of the zones a daily treatment recalculates the total number of available places and GIG-GIC places based on the layer of parking sections.
