The Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) Data of Monozygotic XMEN twins of MAGT1-deficiency in a case of Epstein-Barr Virus Positive Classic Hodgkin lymphoma receiving CD30 CAR T-cell immunotherapy.

In this work, we provided monozygotic twins diagnosed with the cHL, mixed cellularity (MCHL), at three- and nine-year-old in succession coincidently. They also have a half-brother, who is ten years older than them, sharing the same mother. In contrast, the half-brother is healthy so far. The twins progressed rapidly after first- and second-line chemotherapies, autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, anti-CD30 antibody, and anti-PD1 antibody therapies.
