RNA sequencing of leaves and roots of pearl millet plants exposed to an ABA, cold or heat treatment

Pearl millet is a cereal crop that is tolerant to dehydrating conditions and a high temperature and that is sensitive to a low temperature. RNA sequencing was performed to examine changes in transcriptomes in pearl millet exposed to such conditions and to thereby gain insights into the mechanisms underlying its tolerance and sensitivity to those conditions.
