资源简介:
Polygonatum infundiflorum is an endemic species to Korea. We reported the complete chloroplast genome in P. infundiflorum for the first time. DNA from P. infundiflorum was extracted, sequenced, and assembled into the complete plastid genome. P. infundiflorum sequence length is 154,578 bp with a GC content of 37.7%. The genome had a large single copy (LSC) region with a length of 83,527 bp and a small single copy (SSC) region of 18,457 bp. These single-copy regions were separated by a pair of 26,297 bp inverted repeats (IRs). It contains 79 protein-coding genes, eight rRNA genes, 30 tRNA genes, and one pseudogenes (infA). phylogenetic analysis suggests that the P. infundiflorum belongs to sect. Polygonatum and closely formed a monophyletic group Polygonatum macropodum and Polygonatum inflatum with bootstrap values 100 and 88. In this study, we provide a complete chloroplast genome resource of P. infundiflorum to help taxonomically identify with related species and study genetic diversity.
