Reproducibility materials for paper: "Systematic Review of Machine Learning Applications in Anaerobic Digestion"

This archive contains all files needed to reproduce the dataset, results, and figures of the paper "Systematic Review of Machine Learning Applications in Anaerobic Digestion". The paper has been accepted for publication in Biomass Futures. The article DOI will be added to this record upon publication. Contents (single ZIP archive):- Filtered Scopus query exports (Q0-Q7) and the combined candidate list (2,160 records)- Evaluation and master workbooks documenting the screening, scoring, and selection of the 73 included studies- The final extracted dataset (73 studies)- Python scripts for automated content scoring and paper selection, and a Jupyter notebook that regenerates all figures- Publication-ready figures (PDF)- README.md, CITATION.cff, LICENSE, and requirements.txt Usage:Extract the ZIP archive and install the dependencies listed in requirements.txt (Python 3.11.9 or compatible).
