The six essentiality classes (columns) that were previously defined [18] for the direct essentiality calls (DECs), were cross compared to the three TIFA essentiality classes (rows). Columns (1,2) represent DEC essential gene calls; columns (3,4,5) DEC nonessential gene calls.
