RNA-sequencing analysis of Nrf2 target genes in rat pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells

To investigate the genes regulated by Nrf2 in rat PASMC and PAEC, Nrf2 was knockdown by using siRNA. 48h after siRNA transfection， cells were collected for RNA-sequencing.为探究大鼠肺动脉平滑肌细胞（pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells, PASMC）与肺动脉内皮细胞（pulmonary artery endothelial cells, PAEC）中受Nrf2调控的基因，本研究采用小干扰RNA（siRNA）敲低Nrf2的表达。在转染siRNA 48小时后，收集细胞以进行RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）。
