资源简介:
This dataset supports the study "High mannose content of mesenchymal glioblastoma correlates with Hydroxyl Proton Transfer–weighted (HPTw) MRI as a noninvasive biomarker for tumor aggressiveness.” It centers on imaging N-linked mannosylation in glioblastoma (GBM) cells and its relationship to tumor aggressiveness. The dataset contains four components: GBM cell/target characterization – Transcriptomic analyses, histopathological staining (35 GBM cases), qRT-PCR, Western blotting, functional assays of mannosylation-related genes. In vitro data –MRI, immunohistology, and biochemical profiling of GBM cell lines. In vivo data – MRI of aggressive vs. less aggressive GBM tumors in mice mode. Ex vivo data - Immunohistopathology The data demonstrate that elevated mannose levels, detectable by MANw CEST MRI, are associated with mesenchymal GBM cells and can serve as a surrogate imaging biomarker of tumor aggressiveness and recurrence.
