Dataset for: Microbial Co-inoculation Substantially Enhances Saline Soil Aggregation through EPS–Facilitated Hyphal Proliferation

This dataset contains raw experimental data supporting the study on the synergistic effects of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Trichoderma harzianum on saline soil aggregation. The file includes data for soil aggregate stability (WMWD, LMA), extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) components, and microbial gene abundance (qPCR) from a 180-day incubation experiment.
