This is an academic network of Central Asia established in 2012 by the world Bank in partnership with the Regional Environmental Center for Central Asia (CAREC) . The network brings together representatives of 26 universities in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, who regularly exchange knowledge and experience through seminars, research, exchange programs, fieldwork and academic events.
