Gene expression in PBMC treated with cilostazol,Ginkgo Biloba Extract and rosuvastatin

The primary objective for collecting RNA-seq data in this study was to uncover the molecular mechanisms through which various drug impacts cardiovascular health. Specifically, the study aimed to explore how these drugs affects monocyte-to-macrophage differentiation and endothelial cell functions, both of which are crucial in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases. Overall design: Healthy donors' Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) were isolated and divided into two groups: one treated with drugs and the other with a vehicle control. After the treatment period, total RNA was extracted from these cells.
