Liriodendron hybrid SE Raw sequence reads

The Somatic embryogenesis (SE) is performed using a solid-liquid-solid induction approach. Embryonic callus (EmC), which has been cultured in the solid callus induction medium (CIM) for 20 days, was subcultured in the liquid CIM for suspension culture (SuC) for two weeks. Then, single-cell cultures (ScC) were collected using cell sieves and further suspension cultured for another two days. After that, cell cultures were plated on the somatic embryo induction medium (SEIM) for 1, 3, 7, 13, 19, 25 and 31 days, respectively. Normally, globular, heart-shaped, torpedo-shaped, and cotyledon embryos formed on the day 7, 13, 19, and 25, respectively. And, mature cotyledon embryos started to germinate on the day 31. Then, germinated somatic embryos were transferred to light and turned into plantlets 6 days later.
