Tasmanian salmon genotyping

SNPs discovered in 20 farmed Tasmanian salmon from high covergae sequence analysis, SNps present in double haploid reference animal removed.\nLineage: 100bp PE illumina sequence from 19 farmed atlantic salmon aligned to salmon reference genome, assembly ICSASG_v2, and sdY contigs (KP898411 and KP898412) using BWA. Variants called using GATK tools. Doulbe haploid SNPs removed.

本数据集来自20头养殖塔斯马尼亚三文鱼的高覆盖度测序分析，共鉴定得到单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP），并已剔除双单倍体参考个体中存在的SNP。
分析流程：针对19头养殖大西洋三文鱼的100bp双端Illumina测序序列，使用BWA将其比对至三文鱼参考基因组组装版本ICSASG_v2以及sdY重叠群（KP898411与KP898412）；随后通过GATK（Genome Analysis Toolkit，基因组分析工具包）完成变异位点鉴定，最终剔除双单倍体SNP。
