Genotype data from Chibas sorghum breeding program

Genotype data for the breeding program founders and training population from the Chibas sorghum breeding program based in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Repository contains raw sequence data needed to build a sorghum Practical Haplotype Graph and use it to predict genotypes for new individuals from low-coverage skim sequence data. Data is used as described in "A sorghum Practical Haplotype Graph facilitates genome-wide imputation and cost-effective genomic prediction."
