Longitudinal analysis of actual treatment strategies in hematologic / cancer patients in relation to age (<70 y./=70 y.)

Interventions: Group 1: During the development of the registry, real-life-data from all hematologic / cancer patients should be collected. Especially demographic data (year of birth, gender), disease (incl. the actual ICD-10-Codes), stadium, therapy-intention, -line, therapy, if given: name of the administered drugs, dose, dose-modifications, application forms, timeschedule of therapy, diagnostic, prognostic and/or other therapy-relevant factors, therapy status, end of therapy (planned/unplanned with explanations) should be collected.
Primary outcome(s): 1. Examination of the effectiveness and representativity of the newly developed registry
2. patient`s age < 70 vs. =70 years: influence of age on therapy choice or -intensity (percentage of multidrug therapies, duration of therapies, administered courses of therapy per line, mean intervals of cycles, dose modifications)
