针对青藏高原两个生物多样性热点区-中国西南山地(墨脱地区-墨脱,横断山南段-贡山、德钦)、喜马拉雅山地(普兰、扎达)开展青藏高原空白或薄弱区域及重点区域鸟类调查,鸟类多样性分布空间格局,探讨喜马拉雅和横断山南段鸟类群落的构建机制,为青藏高原鸟类多样性的有效保护管理提供科学依据,推动青藏高原这一独特地理区域生物群落形成和维持机制的研究。2022年9-10月份集中在云南省怒江傈僳族自治州贡山独龙族怒族自治县共采集249份当地鸟类物种标本,实体样品包括组织样品、假剥制标本等。本数据集包含1个组织样品信息表和1个标本信息表。信息表包含物种、详细采样地、样品类型、采集时间、采集人、保存方式等基本样品信息,以excel表形式存储。

This study conducted bird surveys in blank or understudied and key regions of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, targeting two biodiversity hotspots: the Mountains of Southwest China (Motuo area - Motuo; southern section of the Hengduan Mountains - Gongshan, Deqin) and the Himalayan Mountains (Burang, Zanda). The objectives are to clarify the spatial distribution pattern of avian diversity, explore the assembly mechanisms of bird communities in the Himalayan Mountains and southern Hengduan Mountains, provide scientific evidence for effective conservation and management of avian diversity on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and advance research on the formation and maintenance mechanisms of biological communities in this unique geographic region of the plateau. From September to October 2022, a total of 249 local bird specimens were collected in Gongshan Derung and Nu Autonomous County, Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The physical samples include tissue samples, taxidermy specimens, and other types. This dataset contains two tables: one tissue sample information table and one specimen information table. These tables store basic sample information including species, detailed sampling location, sample type, collection time, collector, preservation method and other relevant details, and are saved in Excel format.
