The effect of tropic fruit byproducts such as Guava, Longan, Indian gooseberry on the dairy cattle rumen microbiota was evaluated. Batch incubation was conducted under anaerobic conditions for 24 hours using rumen fluid derived from two Holstein cannulated cows in a control group with no addition and a group with 5% fruit material.
