     学校智慧云平台建设，依托现代信息技术，建立并完善教育大数据体系，创设信息环境下统一的教育服务机制，规范统一的教育信息资源，建成系统全面的优质教育资源体系，积极探索破解资源配置公平与效益、提升教育质量和促进学生个性化发展的三大难题解决方案，并向行业开放技术、标准和中心云服务功能。Construction of the Smart School Cloud Platform: Relying on modern information technologies, this project establishes and improves the educational big data system, creates a unified educational service mechanism in the information-based environment, standardizes and unifies educational information resources, and builds a systematic and comprehensive high-quality educational resource system. It actively explores solutions to the three major challenges: balancing fairness and efficiency in resource allocation, improving educational quality, and promoting personalized development of students, and opens technical, standard, and central cloud service functions to the industry.
