资源简介:
This BioProject focuses on the genomic diversity and secondary metabolic potential of the bacterial class Ktedonobacteria isolated from volcanic soils of Mt. Zao, Japan. It includes metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) and genomes of cultivated strains recovered from non-vegetated and poorly vegetated sites around the Okama crater lake. The project aims to investigate the phylogenetic diversity, biosynthetic gene cluster (BGC) repertoires, and genome architecture of Ktedonobacteria in oligotrophic volcanic environments.
