miRNAs distinguishing the two translocations from themselves or all other cytogenetic subtypes as well as miRNAs differentially expressed in MLL-rearranged samples compared to all other cytogenetic subtypes. Shown are those with at least 1.8-fold expression change (as indicated by the arrows) in a minimum of one comparison and fold changes of the comparisons are given. Mann-Whitney-U (MWU) statistical testing was performed for this comparison as indicated.
