CHIP-seq data of Project identifying SNRPC as a regulator for facilitating triple-negative breast cancer progression

In this study, we used a CRISPR/Cas9 library targeting RBPs and identified the small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide C (SNRPC) as a key modulator in TNBC malignancy. SNRPC was further found to mediate the association between transcription and splicing by anchoring to the RNA polymerase II (Pol II). We performed a series of ChIP-seq to examine its association with the genome.
