Urban Information System of Cantabria (SIUCAN)

Set of data resulting from the project of maintenance and adaptation of the technical and cartographic databases of the General Directorate of Urban Planning of the Ministry of Environment, Land Planning and Urban Planning of the Government of Cantabria. This series consists of seven layers: — Urban Land Classification — Sectors (Sectorisation, if any, of unconsolidated urban or urban land) — General Systems — Local Systems — Complementary Conditions — Punctual Modifications (Specific amendments and content of the same practiced on each current planning figure). — Current Planning Figure. The purpose of this data series is to provide an updated and systematised compilation, in digital format, of the urban planning in force in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, homogenised from the thematic and geometric point of view. This cartographic series is purely informative, without any binding legal effect being derived from it. It is an adaptation to digital media of the originals guarded by the corresponding competent administrations, and therefore they may have errors and omissions derived from the process of capturing and processing information. In no case does this dataset replace or equate to the original documents to which it replicates.
