Immunopeptidomes isolated from 4 B-cell lines homozygous for HLA-C*06:02

HLA-C*06:02-associated peptides from four <i>HLA-C*06:02</i>-homozygous B cell lines (GM20771, GM11930, HG00131, HG00142) were analyzed by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC–MS/MS). MS data were acquired in data-dependent mode (DDA). Raw data was processed with PEAKS X+ for <i>de novo</i> sequencing. Peptide candidates obtained by <i>de novo</i> sequencing were matched against the 6-frame translated genome and the 3-frame translated human reference transcriptome with Peptide-PRISM.Results were filtered to 10% (<b>HLA_peptides_4_B_cell_lines_FDR_0.1.xlsx</b>) or 1% FDR (<b>HLA_peptides_4_B_cell_lines_FDR_0.01.xlsx</b>).
