资源简介:

Review of the criminal proceedings following the action of the Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF) in the field of restrictive business practices (RBPs). The establishment of a breach of PCR may lead to the drawing up of a report sent by the DGCCRF to the public prosecutor. If this PV is not closed without follow-up, the follow-up that can be given to it is either a transaction or a judgment (1st instance), and possibly a judgment in case of appeal of this judgment. This file contains data since 2012 broken down by reason for litigation (invoicing, payment term, single agreement, paracommercialism, resale at a loss, minimum price imposed) and by type of litigation (PV, transaction, judgment, judgment). NB: Transactions/judgments/judgments are largely related to PVs from previous years. It should be noted that pursuant to the provisions of Order No 2019-359 of 24 April 2019, invoices issued since 1 October 2019 are no longer subject to criminal penalties but to administrative penalties.
