It focuses on atopic dermatitis, a common and recurrent chronic inflammatory skin disease. This specific dataset centers on the 47-field standards for pediatric atopic dermatitis, having enrolled 16148 patients and 32947 outpatient visits, with automatic incremental updates via HIS/EMR systems on a daily basis. It can be applied to standardized data collection, scientific research analysis, AI model training, trial recruitment and auxiliary clinical decision-making. On average, dozens of new cases are added weekly, and the dataset expands by 0.5 GB annually. It has not been traded yet, but a secure sharing mechanism has been established. This dataset can be used to standardize the collection of clinical diagnosis and treatment data for pediatric atopic dermatitis, supporting multiple scenarios including clinical scientific research analysis, AI model training and validation, precise recruitment of subjects for pharmaceutical clinical trials, and auxiliary clinical diagnosis and treatment decision-making.
