资源简介:
We explored the plant and microbial recovery trajectories along a successional chronosequence in a tropical dry forest located in the central region of the Yucatan peninsula, Mexico. Along with characterizing plant community structure, soil samples were collected from wet and dry seasons as well as different soil mineralogies (black versus red), DNA was extracted using Qiagen PowerSoil kits, and high-throughput sequencing using different microbial marker genes(16S - bacteria and archaea, ITS - ectomycorrhizal fungi), and 18S - arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi) was applied.
