Budget visualization

The second app, which implements Open Government data from the city of Vienna, is a visualization of budget data. The app uses the data of the data set "Accounting of the City of Vienna - Types of Expenses". A horizontal movement with the mouse cursor opens up the representation over the period 2003 to 2009. Users can see the shift in the size ratios of the individual budget items in an intuitive way. The author Andreas Koller points out the experimental status of the implementation and invites other developers to reuse the code. ### Availability Java applet
