Transcriptomics of coloration differences in lizard skin

This project used biopsies of dorsal skin of Common Wall Lizards (Podarcis muralis) that had either black, green or brown coloration. RNA-sequencing was performed on these biopsies to study the transcriptomic basis of different colored skin.
