该数据资源旨在深入实施共青团湖北省委提出的青春建功行动，将全县青年人才纳入台账管理，其中包含“我们村的年轻人”领头雁培养计划，通过发掘、储备、选树一批1990年1月1日（含）及以后出生的，有情怀、有经验、有能力的乡村青年“领头雁”，重点围绕生产经营型、技能带动型、社会服务型等三类乡村青年人才，寻访乡村新农人、乡村巧匠人、乡村主理人等青年代表，并根据实际情况进行动态更新。主动深入基层一线挖掘发现青年，用心联系服务青年。

This dataset is designed to further implement the Youth Contribution Initiative proposed by the Communist Youth League Hubei Provincial Committee. It aims to include and manage young talents across the county through a ledger-based database, covering the "Our Village's Young People" Leading Talents Training Program. The program identifies, reserves and selects a batch of rural youth "leading talents" born on or after January 1, 1990, who are passionate, experienced and competent. It focuses on three categories of rural young talents: production-operation oriented, skill-driven and social service oriented, and seeks out young representatives such as new rural entrepreneurs, skilled rural craftspeople and rural business operators. Dynamic updates will be conducted based on actual conditions. The dataset proactively explores and discovers young people by going deep to the grassroots frontline, and attentively connects with and serves young people.
