MESO-SCOPE, SCOPE cruise July 2017 Raw sequence reads

We sampled at 15 m, the DCM (98 m - 125 m), 175 m, and 500 m, at six stations across a mesoscale anti-cyclonic to cyclonic eddy system near station ALOHA on the SCOPE cruise in July 2017. Seawater was filtered and then DNA and RNA was extracted for downstream amplification of the V4 region to target the microbial eukaryotic population. Additionally, particle interceptor traps were set out across the eddy system at 150 m for ~12 days and the collected material was filtered and the DNA was extracted for downstream amplification of the V4 region to target the microbial eukaryotic population.
