Chlorophyll a and phaeopigments in surface water during Professor Vodyanitskiy cruise PV35@en

Chlorophyll a and phaeopigments where measured fluorometrically by use of laboratory fluorometer constracted on the base of spectrophotometer Specol, fitted with a red sensitive photomultiplier, blue lamp, blue filter and red filter. Accuracy: lower limit = 0.01 mg/m**3 and the error of Chl and Phaeo determination is 10-15% (calculated from 10-15 repeatings).本数据集针对叶绿素a（Chlorophyll a）与脱镁色素（phaeopigments）的荧光光度检测展开：所用设备为基于Specol型分光光度计搭建的实验室荧光光度计，该设备配备红光敏感光电倍增管、蓝光源、蓝色滤光片及红色滤光片。本检测方法的检出下限为0.01 mg/m³，叶绿素与脱镁色素的测定误差为10%~15%，该误差通过10~15次重复测定计算得出。
