Stochastic Foraging Task, Freely Moving

Behavioral data collected during the stochastic foraging task performed by freely moving mice, as described in our preprint. Data was acquired through a custom, Python-based acquisition system (TreadmillIO). Each compressed file contains data for all sessions completed by a given animal, organized by one data and one configuration file per session. More information about the contents of the data files, as well as accompanying analysis code, can be found in our GitHub repository.
