NCM Battery Aging Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy data (60 cycle)

This is a  laboratory NCM dataset, which contains 4 18650 cells at 25\u00b0C. During the laboratory experiment, the cells underwent charge\u2013discharge aging tests using NEWARE CT-4008T-5V12A-S1 equipment (0.5C constant-current charging to constant-voltage with a cut-off current of 0.15 A; WLTC discharge to 2.5 V, at room temperature ). At the end of each 10 cycle, when the cell was fully charged, an Analog Device CN0510 impedance measurement module was used to acquire EIS. The frequency range of CN0510 was set to 5 Hz\u20135000 Hz (96 points total)
